How tokidoki Wonder Voyage value works

The first thing to unlearn is that value follows the character. On r/Tokidoki, collectors hunt what they call the "weather" cards, Moonbeam, Solara, and Zinger, and Miracle Rare pulls get their own threads. The sold data tells a different story: a Miracle Rare (MR) of any character has a median sale of A$9.19, and the character barely moves that. Tier decides the price band, and everything else moves the card within its band.

Within a tier, three things shift the price. For the Series 2 XR birthday cards it is the month, because buyers want their own. For the Series 1 QRs it is the print, because listings marked as the English North American print sold at three to four times the same tier without that label. For everything, it is condition.

The cards that carry value

Where a single card sold once, treat the figure as a ceiling rather than a going rate. Where it sold several times, the spread is the honest number. All dates are 2026.

XR birthday cards (Series 2)

Series 2 replaced the Series 1 "Romantic Adventure" XRs with twelve "Birthday Celebration" XRs, one pair of characters per month. They are the value tier of Series 2 and the most volatile, because demand follows the buyer's own month.

The March card is the one to study. The same TD-XR-011 sold at A$30.67, A$69.73, A$76.72, and A$138.08 inside a fortnight: one buyer who wanted March paid whatever the only listing asked, then a second copy landed the same week and cleared at a quarter of the price. Read every XR birthday sale that way: A$70 to A$153 when the month is wanted and the card is alone, A$30 when it has company.

The only Series 1 XR single sale in the window is Palette, TD-XR-014, at A$107.41 on 7 September: one sale, so a ceiling.

SP cards

SP is the steadiest premium tier in either series, with enough sales to give a real range.

So SP runs A$31 to A$123, with most sales between A$46 and A$98. One sale sits outside the table: an Adios listed as a QR under the code TD-QR-014 sold at A$151.90 on 10 September. The tier is ambiguous, so it is left out of both ranges.

QR cards

QR splits cleanly in two. The English Series 1 QRs (Tiger Mom, Adios, Stellina) and the Series 2 "Journey to the West" QRs sold at A$85 to A$107. The rest sold at A$8 to A$31.

CR cards

Budget A$6 to A$15 for a CR and treat anything above A$30 as a one-off; Thrasher went from A$30.62 to A$10.36 in a month once more copies were listed.

Series 1 versus Series 2 values

The two series are built differently. Series 1 has 157 card types across 12 tiers, including a single OR card, 8 XRs, and 4 BPs. Series 2 has 161 card types across 11 tiers with no OR; XR grows from 8 to 12 for the birthday pairs, SSR from 16 to 17 for a US-exclusive Donutella, and BP stays at 4.

In the sold data, Series 1 holds its value through the English-print QRs and the Palette XR: Tiger Mom, Adios, and Stellina at A$90 to A$107 on 15 August, and Palette TD-XR-014 at A$107.41 on 7 September. Series 2 adds a whole new value tier in the birthday XRs, with the January, September, November, and March cards all clearing A$138 at least once in early September. What the bulk tiers are worth

This is most of what you will pull. A collector on r/Tokidoki offering singles at about a dollar fifty for R through TR was not underpricing; that is the market.

The highs in the MR and SSR rows are single sales, so read the median column. A Miracle Rare or Ultra Rare is a coffee, a Super-Secret Rare or Treasure Rare is a few dollars, and R and SR cards are traded in stacks rather than listed one at a time.

BP and serial-numbered cards: an asking price, not a sold price

The four-card BP "Parade Train" panorama is the top tier in both series, and retailer listings for Series 2 describe a US-exclusive "New York City walk" SSR serial-numbered to 2026 and only nine serial-numbered BP sets. KAYOU's official Series 2 page does not designate any card as serial-numbered, so treat those two as retailer claims.

Either way, the eBay Australia result is the same: no BP single and no serial-numbered card sold in the window. Sellers ask, buyers have not yet paid in public, so any figure attached to these cards is an ask, not a price.

The XR birthday cards are not in this group. Collectors ask whether they are one of a kind, and they are not: twelve designs, one per month, many copies of each, which is why a March card can sell four times in two weeks.

Reading a listing before you buy or sell

Three checks, in order. First, the print. Listings that said "English" on Series 1 QRs sold at A$90 to A$107, while the same tier without that label sold under A$31. The Roaming Edition is the North American print and the Chinese print shares the same art, so look for English text on the card face in the photos.

Second, the month, if it is a Series 2 XR. Buyers pay for their own month, and a card in a wanted month with no competing listing is where the A$138 to A$153 sales happened.

Third, condition and timing. The March XR went from A$30.67 to A$138.08 and back to A$76.72 within a fortnight. If you are selling, list when yours is the only copy; if you are buying, wait a week and see whether a second copy appears.
