Shipping Policy
We dispatch every order from the Central Coast, NSW and ship to Australian addresses with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect from checkout to your front door.
Shipping cost
Calculated by parcel weight, from A$9.95 per order, with free shipping on orders A$150 and over. We work it out automatically at checkout — no surprises at the final step.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can also read the Australian buying guide for local delivery expectations.
Delivery window
Most Australian addresses receive their order within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote postcodes can take a little longer — tracking will keep you in the loop.
Our shipping commitment to you
- Australia only, for now. Checkout currently only accepts Australian shipping addresses. International shipping isn't available yet.
- Tracked, every time. Every order ships with tracking so you can follow it the whole way — we'll never drop a parcel into the system without giving you the number.
- If something goes wrong, we'll fix it. Damaged on arrival, lost in transit, or the wrong item showed up? Email sales@cottiertcg.com.au within 30 days (with photos where relevant) and we'll make it right under our Refund Policy.
