When you make a purchase, payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We may collect your name, email address, and shipping address solely for order fulfilment purposes.
Your information is used to process and fulfil your orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates), and improve our service. We never sell or rent your personal data, and we don't hand it to third parties for their own marketing. The one exception is measuring our own ads, which is described in Third-Party Services below.
We use local browser storage (cookies) to remember your cart contents and site preferences. We also use privacy-focused site analytics to understand store traffic and improve the website. Optional marketing analytics and session replay tools are only used after you consent through the cookie banner.
If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad link carries a click reference (an opaque code from the ad platform, not your name or identity). We keep it in your browser for up to 90 days and, if you go on to order, tell the ad platform that its ad led to a sale. That happens whether or not you accept optional cookies, and your cookie choice is passed along with it so the platform handles the report accordingly.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Website analytics may be processed by PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics. These services help us understand site performance, traffic, checkout issues, and how the site is used.
We also use advertising features so we can measure and target our ads. Google Analytics' advertising features (Google signals) let Google link your visit to your Google account where you have allowed that in your own Google ad settings, which gives us aggregated age, gender and interest reporting and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site. When an order follows a Google ad click we report the sale to Google Ads against that click's reference, together with your cookie choice, so we can see which ads pay for themselves. When you complete an order we send Meta (Facebook and Instagram) a scrambled, one-way hashed copy of your email address and phone number so it can match the sale to an ad — Meta cannot read the original values from it.
We never sell your personal data. You can opt out at any time: decline cookies on this site, turn off personalisation in your Google ad settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
