    Refund Policy

    Sealed Products

    Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales of sealed booster boxes and packs are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or tampered sealed products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

    Singles

    Single cards are described and graded to the best of our ability. If a card arrives in a condition materially different from its listed description, contact us within 7 days for a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please retain all original packaging.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

    Australian Consumer Law

    Our refund policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
