Changed your mind? You can return an unopened, factory-sealed booster box or pack within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original sealed condition, and we cover the return postage — change-of-mind returns are free. Once a sealed product has been opened or tampered with we can't accept a change-of-mind return, because we can no longer sell it as sealed. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, see Damaged or Incorrect Orders below — that path is separate and we cover it.
Single cards are described and graded to the best of our ability. If a card arrives in a condition materially different from its listed description, contact us within 30 days for a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping on these and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please retain all original packaging.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Our refund policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
