KAYOU Naruto Jin Chapter Series 4 is the first English KAYOU set built on Naruto: Shippuden, and it lands in the United States on 20 November 2026 and in Australia a week later. This guide covers what the set is, how the box is put together, how many cards KAYOU says it has (the sources disagree), what we actually know about the numbered cards, what Series 3 taught collectors about them, and how pre-ordering works here.
Quick Answer
Jin Chapter Series 4 is KAYOU's English Naruto: Shippuden set. It releases in the US on 20 November 2026 and reaches Australia through the local distributor on 27 November 2026. A display box holds 12 foil packs of 8 cards, with a PR promo card in the box, and a case holds 16 boxes. KAYOU's own press material says 211 card designs across 15 rarity tiers; the Australian distributor's listing and US retailers say 186 cards across 13 tiers. The set includes individually numbered cards, but KAYOU has not yet published which tiers are numbered or how many of each exist, so this page lists no print runs. We have the box and the 16-box case on pre-order, dispatched from NSW by 12 December 2026.

What Jin Chapter Series 4 is
Jin Chapter is KAYOU's premium Naruto line. Series 1 and 2 were the South-East Asian (SEA) English print, and Series 3 was the first North American (NA) print in the Jin line, built around the Sasuke Retrieval Arc. Series 4 is also NA print, and it moves the story on to Naruto: Shippuden. The distributor's description follows Naruto's return from training, the reunion with his friends and the first moves of the Akatsuki, and KAYOU's press images show Naruto, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Kabuto, Itachi, Might Guy and Kakashi.
Two things set it apart from the earlier Jin boxes:
- It is the Shippuden set. Series 1 to 3 cover the original series. If you wanted Jiraiya, Itachi, the Akatsuki and the older Team 7 in English KAYOU art, this is the first set that does it.
- It has new SP designs. KAYOU's press interview promised "brand-new SP designs", and the promotional shots KAYOU released show SP cards for Kabuto, Itachi, Might Guy, Kakashi and Orochimaru with a printed NRSA04-SP code. SP is the only new top tier we can name from KAYOU itself.
If you are new to the line, the Series 3 guide is the best look at how a Jin NA set is laid out, and the SEA vs NA explainer covers why Series 3 and 4 differ from Series 1 and 2.

Release dates
| Market | Date | Source |
|---|---|---|
| United States | 20 November 2026 | KAYOU, in its press interview before NYCC 2026 |
| Australia | 27 November 2026 | The Australian distributor's catalogue |
The Australian date is when the distributor lists stock as available, so shops buying from it will not have boxes in hand before then. That is the reason our dispatch promise is 12 December, not the 27th.
Box and case configuration
- Pack: 8 cards in a foil pack.
- Box: 12 packs, 96 cards, with a PR promo card. The distributor's item is the foil-pack box. US listings also show a blister-pack variant of the same 12-pack box, and a 5-pack Collector Box.
- Case: 16 boxes (192 packs). This matches the case size of Series 2 and 3, and it is the size we sell.
KAYOU has not said how the foil and blister boxes differ, or whether the PR card is numbered, so we are not promising either. The Series 3 box carried a US-exclusive promo card, which is the only precedent.

How many cards, and how many tiers
This is where the sources split, and we would rather show you the split than pick a number.
| Source | Cards | Rarity tiers |
|---|---|---|
| KAYOU press interview (16 October 2026) | 211 designs | 15 |
| Australian distributor listing | 186 | 13 |
| US retailer pre-order pages | 186 | 13 |
| KAYOU-supplied copy at one US distributor | 189 | 13 |
Series 3 did the same thing. Its sleeved-booster copy said 177 cards, its box copy said 185 and KAYOU's own series page settled on 185 across 13 tiers. The likeliest reading is that the press figure counts designs differently, perhaps including promos or parallel versions, but that is a guess. We will confirm the real number against a physical box once stock lands, and update this page when KAYOU publishes its series card list.
The numbered cards: what is confirmed and what is not
Confirmed: Series 4 contains individually numbered cards. The distributor's listing promises "special individually numbered cards for collectors to chase", the copy KAYOU supplied to a US distributor says its numbered-card system is kept, and the two US distributors taking pre-orders say serial numbers continue from Series 3.
Not published: which tiers are numbered, and the print run of each. KAYOU has released no tier list or card list for Series 4. Two lists of print runs circulate online, they contradict each other, and neither comes from KAYOU, so we are not repeating either. Series 3's rarity reveal came about seven weeks before its street date, and for a 20 November release that window has already passed without one, so the next solid information is likely to be the first openings.
What we can say with some confidence is limited to this:
- SP exists as a Series 4 tier, from KAYOU's own press images.
- Nothing we have seen says whether SP is numbered, so do not assume it is.
- The only per-pack table in circulation is a US distributor's sheet, not KAYOU's. It puts every top-tier hit at worse than 1 in 700 packs, which would make numbered hits a once-a-case event at best. Treat it as a rumour with a source.

What Series 3's numbered cards taught collectors
Series 3 is the only English set so far with a numbered chase, and its record is the best guide to how Series 4 will behave. The tiers were AR /777, BP /999, SE /220, ASP /99 and Diamond ASP /9, as collected in our serialised cards guide and Series 3 guide.
- It sold out fast. By mid-June, about five weeks after the 8 May release, collectors were reporting Series 3 boxes sold out almost everywhere in the US. One retail employee suspected a single print run, and collectors say KAYOU has never reprinted a set.
- Sealed boxes carry a premium, but a modest one. Five months on, Series 3 boxes were being asked at about 1.4 to 1.7 times their US retail price on US eBay. Those are asking prices, not completed sales, and sealed cases ranged widely. The earlier Series 2, with no numbered tier, was being asked more.
- Cases beat boxes for serious buyers. Collectors said a single box rarely held a numbered card and that buying a full case gave a fairer shot, with one or two numbered hits per 192-pack case a common report. Our own Series 3 sold prices show how far the top numbered cards ran ahead of the rest.
- Numbered-only chases split the community. A loud group wants a non-numbered chase tier back as a floor, something like Series 2's, so that a box without a serial still has a card worth pulling. Others say the numbered cards are exactly what keeps a premium box's value up. Both groups are still watching Series 4.
If you are weighing a box against a case, the pull rates explainer and the rarest cards list are the next reads.
What to look for after the 20 November openings
The first US box and case openings will answer most of the open questions. These are the things worth watching:
- Which tiers carry a serial stamp, and the denominators. This settles the numbered tiers and every chase card's scarcity.
- Whether a non-numbered chase tier returns. One distributor has hinted at a fix; another has called the rumoured odds intimidating. Neither is a confirmation.
- The real card and tier count, against the 211, 189 and 186 figures.
- Serials per case. Reports of whether Series 4 yields more or fewer numbered hits than Series 3's one or two per case.
- What the PR card is, and whether it is numbered.
- Whether foil and blister boxes differ in contents.
Pre-ordering Jin Chapter Series 4 in Australia
We are taking pre-orders now on stock from the Australian distributor.
- Jin Chapter Series 4 Booster Box (NA): 12 packs of 8 cards.
- Jin Chapter Series 4 Sealed Case (NA): 16 factory-sealed boxes.
Pre-orders dispatch from NSW by 12 December 2026, in time for Christmas. The distributor lists stock as available from 27 November, and orders are packed after it arrives. Prices and quantities are on the product pages, and the shipping policy has the delivery details.
Because we do not yet know which cards are numbered, you are buying a sealed box on its design, its character line-up and the promise of numbered hits, not on any particular chase card. If you are also eyeing the cheaper set that arrives the same week, see our Earth Scroll Series 3 card list, which has no numbered cards at all.
The rest of the line is on the KAYOU Naruto hub, and the Jin Chapter range has every Series in stock or on order.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does KAYOU Naruto Jin Chapter Series 4 release?
The United States release is 20 November 2026. The Australian distributor lists availability from 27 November 2026.
How many cards are in Jin Chapter Series 4?
It depends on the source. KAYOU's press interview says 211 designs across 15 rarity tiers. The Australian distributor and US retailers say 186 cards across 13 tiers, and one US distributor's KAYOU-supplied copy says 189. We will confirm the count against a physical box.
Does Jin Chapter Series 4 have numbered cards?
Yes. The set includes individually numbered cards, according to the distributor's listing and US pre-order pages. KAYOU has not published which tiers are numbered or the print runs, so we do not list any.
What is in a Jin Chapter Series 4 booster box?
A box holds 12 foil packs of 8 cards (96 cards) and a PR promo card. A case holds 16 boxes. US retailers also list a blister-pack version of the box and a 5-pack Collector Box.
Is Series 4 different from Series 3?
It is the same NA English print format as Series 3, but it covers Naruto: Shippuden instead of the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, adds new SP designs and has a larger card list. See the Series 3 guide for the earlier set.
Will Jin Chapter Series 4 sell out?
Series 3 was reported sold out across the US in about five to six weeks, and collectors say KAYOU has never reprinted a set, so a sell-out is a realistic risk. We cannot promise stock beyond what the distributor delivers.
How does pre-ordering Series 4 in Australia work?
You pay at checkout, and your order dispatches from NSW by 12 December 2026 once our stock arrives from the distributor, which lists it as available from 27 November. The box and case pages show the current price and availability.
Is Jin Chapter Series 4 a trading card game?
No. The cards carry no rules text and there are no decks. It is a collectible card series built around art, rarity and numbered cards. See is KAYOU Naruto a TCG or a collectible for more.
