Earth Scroll Range

Explore Earth ScrollEarth Scroll Series 1 is the cheapest way into English KAYOU Naruto, and its top cards are priced to match: no four-figure grails, no serial numbers, but a clean ladder where the four CR cards and ten AR cards are worth real money and everything else is a binder card. This guide prices the cards that matter from completed eBay Australia sales.
Sold comps reviewed 29 August 2026. Figures are completed eBay AU sales (June to August 2026) in Australian dollars, shown as a range or median with the number of sales behind it. They are what buyers paid, not what sellers asked. We re-check quarterly.
Quick Answer: The most valuable Earth Scroll Series 1 cards are the four CR "Comic Rare" cards, led by Gaara CR (NREA01-CR-004, raw median A$104 across 12 sales) and Neji CR (NREA01-CR-003, median A$84), and the ten AR full-art cards, where Naruto AR (median A$77) and Boruto AR (median A$70) lead a tier that sells between A$50 and A$90 raw. A complete CR set of four sold for A$459. SP and MR are the other four-design tiers but trade at A$20 to A$60. There are no serialised cards in Earth Scroll.
The Earth Scroll 1 ladder
Earth Scroll Series 1 has 131 card designs across eight tiers. Scarcest to most common: CR (4), SP (4), MR (4), AR (10), UR (15), SSR (24), SR (20), R (50). Both English prints share the same pool and card numbers: the SEA box is 30 packs of 5 cards and the NA box is 20 packs of 8. Full tier table and value bands: KAYOU Naruto card list and price guide.
Three tiers have only four designs each, but the market treats them very differently. CR is the chase; SP and MR, despite identical scarcity, sell for a fraction of it. Card art and character drive that gap, not print numbers.
The four CR cards
| Card | Number | Raw sold (A$) | Graded sold (A$) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gaara CR | NREA01-CR-004 | 59 to 177, median 104 (12 sales) | — |
| Neji Hyuga CR | NREA01-CR-003 | 57 to 154, median 84 (12 sales) | TAG 10: 140 |
| Orochimaru CR | NREA01-CR-001 | 29 to 123, median 63 (16 sales) | — |
| Kabuto Yakushi CR | NREA01-CR-002 | 29 to 77, median 43 (8 sales) | — |
| Complete CR set (4) | — | 459 (1 sale) | — |
Gaara leads on character demand, as he does in every set he appears in. The Orochimaru CR is the most-traded of the four (16 sales) and the most volatile, with a low of A$29 and a high of A$123 inside three months.
The AR tier: A$50 to A$90, consistently
| Card | Number | Raw sold (A$) |
|---|---|---|
| Naruto Uzumaki AR | NREA01-AR-007 | 30 to 184, median 77 (13 sales) |
| Neji Hyuga AR | NREA01-AR-003 | 56 to 92, median 81 (6 sales) |
| Orochimaru AR | NREA01-AR-002 | 46 to 100, median 75 (8 sales) |
| Sarada Uchiha AR | NREA01-AR-010 | 54 to 78, median 75 (3 sales) |
| Sasuke Uchiha AR | NREA01-AR-005 | 56 to 123, median 74 (11 sales) |
| Boruto Uzumaki AR | NREA01-AR-009 | 50 to 184, median 70 (6 sales) |
| Sakura AR | NREA01-AR-006 | 53 to 107, median 69 (9 sales) |
| Sasuke Uchiha AR (second design) | NREA01-AR-008 | 54 to 100, median 69 (9 sales) |
| Anko Mitarashi AR | NREA01-AR-001 | 61 to 100, median 69 (5 sales) |
| Hinata Hyuga AR | NREA01-AR-004 | 31 to 100, median 54 (10 sales) |
The AR tier is unusually flat: nine of ten designs have a median between A$69 and A$81. That makes it the most predictable chase tier in any English KAYOU set, and it means an Earth Scroll 1 box that produces an AR has produced something worth keeping regardless of which one it is. The Boruto and Sarada cards are the only English KAYOU cards of the next generation, which explains why Boruto AR has sold as high as A$184.
SP, MR and the rest
The four SP cards (Orochimaru, Shikamaru, Temari, Kiba) trade around A$20 to A$35 raw; a Temari SP in an ACE 10 slab sold for A$132, and that is the only graded SP sale we found. MR cards are A$6 to A$20 raw. One Sakura PSA 10 from this set sold for A$277, the highest graded sale in Earth Scroll 1. The NA box's Boruto promo cards have sold as a 13-card promo set alongside a full master set for A$1,843, but as singles they are A$20 to A$40 cards.
What a box gives you
Earth Scroll 1 boxes are the entry point of the range, and the sold data shows why that is an honest description rather than a knock: the top card is a A$100 card, the ten-card AR tier is worth A$70 a pull, and with 14 designs across CR and AR out of 131, an average box lands one or two of them. If you want an English KAYOU box where a hit is likely and every hit is worth something, this is the set. If you want a lottery ticket, it is not.
The SEA box and NA box draw from the same pool; the Earth Scroll 1 + 2 Collector Bundle pairs this set with its sequel, where Itachi CR changes the maths.
How these figures were gathered
We searched eBay Australia completed and sold listings for English NREA01 cards between June and August 2026, grouped sales by card number and by the grade in the listing title, and removed lots and sets. Prices are Australian dollars as displayed by eBay AU. SEA-tagged and NA-tagged listings sold inside the same ranges, so we have not separated them. Graded Earth Scroll 1 sales are rare; the set is young and cheap enough that few copies have been slabbed.
