What's in Rarity's deck
Rarity's starter follows the Friendships Begin formula exactly: 70 cards in the box, made up of a 50-card Main Deck, a 15-card Scene Deck, her Main Character card in the Ruby Rare slot and 4 Story Cards, then 3 booster packs of 5 cards and the paper playmat with rules printed across the back. The rarity ladder across the set runs Common, Silver Rare, Ruby Rare, Emerald Rare and Sapphire Rare, and character cards are statted for Courage, Wisdom and Charm.
How Rarity plays
KAYOU hasn't published an official archetype breakdown for Rarity's deck, so we won't invent one. What is certain is that her deck is the same complete 70-card product as the other five: same structure, same rules, ready to play against any of them, with Rarity herself as the Main Character, Opal and Sweetie Belle alongside her, and her 4 Story Cards following 'A Dog and Pony Show'.
How the MLP TCG works
Playing a card costs Force of Harmony; Inspiration is a Character's strength when it meets a rival in a Contact. Turns are structured — Starting, Main, Contact and End phases — and each player's side of the table divides into Scene, Story, Retirement and Adventure areas, the last holding up to 3 characters. First player to promote their Main Character to the stage four Story card wins, and emptying the opposing Main Deck wins too. Two people can start from any two different character decks, a match runs 20–30 minutes, and the set is rated 6+.

The deck on this page is the NA print of Rarity's starter, separated from the sealed six-deck NA display we buy in — every individual deck box keeps its own barcode. Rarity also exists as a SEA print with its own listing; both prints are the same English game content, so neither plays differently. Picking between them is a provenance call, not a rules one.
