What's in the set
The complete sealed Friendships Begin display: all six pre-built character decks — Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack — in one box.
Each of the six is a complete deck of 70 cards: a 50-card Main Deck, a 15-card Scene Deck, that character's Ruby Rare Main Character card and the 4 Story Cards carrying her arc. Each also seals in 3 booster packs of 5 cards and a paper playmat with the full rules printed on the reverse.
Why the full set rather than one deck
A two-player game needs any two different character decks, so a single starter is enough to learn but not enough to play. This display solves that in one purchase, and covers a household or friend group where everyone wants their own character rather than whichever deck was left.
The six decks are also sold individually. Buying them separately lets you pick specific characters; buying the display gets all six and no duplicates.
How the MLP TCG works
Force of Harmony is the cost you pay to put cards into play; Inspiration is a Character's strength when it meets a rival in a Contact. Turns move through four phases — Starting, Main, Contact and End — across a board split into Scene, Story, Retirement and Adventure areas, with up to 3 characters in play on your Adventure.
You win by promoting your Main Character to the stage four Story card, or when their Main Deck runs out of cards. Games run about 20–30 minutes and the game is rated ages 6 and up. Everything needed to learn it is in this box — no boosters or extra rules required.
The SEA print, and buying it in Australia
This is the South-East Asia English print. Cards are coated card stock, manufactured in China.
The display ships factory-sealed with the KAYOU security hologram intact, dispatched from NSW.
