What makes Moon Edition different
Moon Edition is the premium, foil-heavy end of the Friendship Eternal line. Where Fun Moments gives you 30 packs at the entry price and Rainbow Edition gives you 20, Moon gives you 10 — the trade is fewer openings for a denser concentration of premium foil treatments.
That makes it the wave collectors reach for when they care more about the finish of individual cards than about how many packs they get to tear.
Collectible cards, not a card game
Friendship Eternal cards, Moon Edition included, are collectibles — opened, sorted, traded and displayed. There is no gameplay and no rules sheet in the box.
KAYOU's My Little Pony Trading Card Game is a separate and genuinely playable line (Fantasy Wonderland, DISCORD!!! and the Friendships Begin starter decks). Worth knowing before buying, because the branding is close enough to confuse.
