What's in a pack

Five cards, sealed, drawn from the Jin Chapter Series 1 pool of 158 card types across 10 rarity tiers. One of the five is a guaranteed PTR — that slot is fixed in every Series 1 pack.

This is the identical sealed pack that ships inside the Series 1 booster box. Buying singly changes the quantity, not the product.

What you can pull

By card type the Series 1 pool is 50 R, 20 SR, 24 SSR, 20 PTR, 15 UR, 8 PU, 7 BP, 6 MR, 4 SP and 4 SE. The top two tiers — SP and SE — hold only four card types each, so those are the genuine grails, with Itachi and Sasuke the most-chased characters at both.

KAYOU's printed odds describe three pack configurations. Only one of the three, appearing in 3 of every 10 packs, includes a slot that can return PU, MR, BP, SP or SE. Packs are randomly packaged and duplicates occur.

Pack or box?

A single pack is the honest way to see the card stock, the print quality and the hologram before spending more. It is not the efficient way to chase the top tiers — the odds above are per pack, and a sealed box simply buys ten rolls of them at once.

If you already know you want Series 1, the box is the better shape. If you are testing the line, or adding one more sealed item to an order, the pack does that job.

The SEA print, and buying it in Australia

This is the South-East Asia English print of Jin Chapter Series 1. KAYOU's editions differ per line, so a SEA Jin Chapter pack is not interchangeable with a SEA Earth Scroll pack — pack configuration and card pool belong to the series.
